Help Iligan City and Cagayan De Oro

(Credits to Bambi who made this awesome graphic.)

About a week ago, flash floods and landslides Hit the City of Cagayan De Oro, Iligan, and Dumaguete by surprise after Tropical Storm Sendong (International name: Washi) released devastating rains in these parts of the Country.

According to the NDRRMC, 572 of the total number of 905 dead persons in Region 10 are from Cagayan de Oro City and 7 are from Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental.

26 dead bodies have been identified while 246 unidentified bodies were brought to various funeral parlors and 307 unidentified bodies were placed in unspecified locations.

Our condolences to our kababayans from Mindanao who lost their loved ones a week before Christmas.

We seriously NEED YOUR HELP!

You can visit these websites to lend a helping hand:

Or you can send your donations through LBC Express. Look for the nearest LBC branch.

Local Airlines are also willing to carry your relief donations FREE OF CHARGE.

“It would help if you send donations to La Salle Academy for Iligan City and Xavier University for CDO, rather than the govt depots.”

Prayers will do also.
